Disclaimers

  • Dematting is subject to extra charges depending on the condition of the dog.
  • Credit Card Transactions Carry A 3.5% Merchant Fee . All Services Subject to Sales Tax.
  • All Pets must be leashed or crated before being handed to the groomer.
  • Go Groom does not Groom pets under 5 lbs. We apologize for the inconvenience.
  • Pets Above 100 lbs will be charged an additional fee of $50.
  • Please be aware our groomer will do his best to be on scheduled time, however due to some pets requiring extra attention and or traffic jams we ask you to give us up to a two hour window for us to get to you. Thank you!
  • Special Handling Fee: Elderly, senior, and aggressive pets may be subject to a special handling fee of $25 due to the extra care and attention required to ensure their safety and well-being.

Special Handling Notice

Pets that show signs or have history of aggression, required special accommodation, suffer from seizures, anxiety or loose bowels may be charged additional fees. The prices listed are subject to change depending on the severity of the situation. These extra fees could be added post grooming session and might not be fully disclosed until the grooming has been completed. Please disclose any conditions your pet may have prior to the session to avoid larger fees.
